At this point, I've got no intention of spending time on starting a contest... Since Rhapsody's still just starting. But as soon as winter break comes, here's what you can expect.
Winter Wallpaper Contest
Anyone interested in entering a wallpaper contest?
Theme
Submissions must pertain to elements that express what winter is.
Submission
Please send your entries to me, at mitsuki[@]shiroi-kaisou.net with the title "Rhapsody Wallpaper Contest Entry." Not doing so will result in disqualification.
Rules
1. You can submit as many entries as you like.
2. Regarding judging: Submissions will be judged on creativity, interpretation of theme, artistic quality, overall appearance, and usability (subject to change). Judging will be in part done by you and in part by myself and Rhapsody's staff. All submissions will be entered in a poll. The top five will be judged by us after polling has officially ended (date to be announced).
3. Like all things, submissions must be age-appropriate, as in PG-13.
4. Wallpaper size should be at least 1024x768 or higher in resolution.
